About The Author
From Frank’s business partner and lifelong friend:
This is Frank Freeman’s first novel. Until now, he hadn’t been able to sit still long enough to write one. Having spent 40 years with him, I know him very well. Frank has spent many years as an engineer for a manufacturer of TV and computer components, as a national sales manager for a company marketing a line of gift products, as the owner of several retail store chains (ranging from clothing to gifts), and as an inventor and patent holder of various products—from a smokeless ashtray to a giant TV mute button (Smash Mute), to the notoriously successful Hillary Nutcracker, which bears a strong resemblance to Hillary Clinton.
On the side, Frank raced powerboats for a dozen years (once crashing and waking up in intensive care after breaking many bones), toured much of the country on a Harley, and designed and almost single-handedly built his own 6,500 sq. ft. log lake home in Wisconsin. Oh, and he’s also a husband and father to three daughters.
As the American Powerboat Association’s National High Point Champion and world record holder, Frank was continually challenged and toughened over his 11-year racing career. Mother Nature also tested him as he toured 120,000 miles of backroads and small towns across the country on his motorcycle. Additionally, the retail industry expanded his horizons as he designed, owned, and successfully operated numerous retail stores.
Despite being largely unfamiliar with the literary world, this high school-educated Midwestern author felt compelled to write. His extraordinary life experiences and analytical mind led him to start typing out Feeding the Wolves on his computer.
To his own surprise, Frank often shed tears and laughed out loud as his words came to life on the screen. These compelling stories, born from his unique experiences on the road, on the racecourse, and in the business world, vividly depict horror, love, and deception, exposing true events that will both shock readers and provide catharsis for the man revealing them.
Frank has three daughters, each with two sons, who live in the Upper Midwest. He currently resides with his wife in Fountain Hills, Arizona.
